 Rex
I wanted to send Shirley and Rex's foster mothers some updated pictures. We took him for a grooming and as you can tell he is just absolutely handsome. We weren't sure how he would like it but our groomer said he was in seventh heaven. It turns out he loves to be pampered. As you can see he gets along very well with both our cat Troi and Pomeranian Dakota. He loves the snow. He is so funny. WHen he goes out he will find the deepest snow bank, jump in, dig out a spot and do his business. He forgets he is not a big dog so we have to lift him out. He continually amazes us with how smart he is. WHen he comes in we were picking him up to dry him. Well he now rolls over as soon as his harness comes off and holds his paws up to be dried. There is also a picture of him with my 5 year old grandson who just adores him. Rex is just the perfect dog. Of course I have said this before and am probably driving people crazy but for us he is the perfect dog. Once again, thank you

Bob and Pam

Hi Susan and Sherry:

Well Rex is fitting in unbelievably well. He and Dakota got along within 2 minutes of meeting. Now they have to know where the other is when they are walked. They will actually wait for the other if he or she falls behind. We stopped at Petsmart on the way home Sunday to get him a bed and some other things. He sociallized with all the dogs in the store. In fact he was the hit of the store. He even went up the toy aisle and picked the toy he wanted right off the rack. My grand kids came over and he was just the sweetest. Everyone who has met him has fallen in love with him. He has taken over just like Dakota. They share half the couch at night. During the day he is staying with Pam. She moves his bed to whatever room she is in because he likes to lay out there and watch her. He does sleep on our bed at night. So now we have two companions at night. He goes with Pam in the car and she says she now has a travelling companion. You were right. This is the sweetest little dog. He seems to have adjusted quickly. We feel like he has been there longer than two days. He just loves my son.

We want to thank you for letting us adopt him. For us he is what we were hoping to find and much more. Would you also let Shirley know we just love the little guy.

Bob
