Mickey, 1-2 years Female Sheltie/Terrier  Mix Hi there, my name is Mickey and I am a sweet female Sheltie mix. I was airlifted from St. Thomas just before the latest hurricane hit. I am nervous when I meet new people which is understandable, as I've been through a lot in my short life. After a few days in my foster home though I am feeling much better. They have other dogs here which helps me with confidence, learning basic commands and housetraining. I am crate trained and getting better everyday with housetraining. I am very playful and loving running around in the backyard. I am very skinny right now so I am getting multiple small meals a day. On top of this I am heartworm positive. I can not be adopted until I am negative. Even though I am not ready right this second please fill out an online application if you are interested.
