I WILL BE AT THE MEET AND GREET ON SATURDAY 6/27 FROM 11AM-1PM AT SAVE A DOG! i'm Teeka, a 45-pound, 2-year-old "Hound" mix. I am the perfect blend of several breeds. I was a shelter favorite in Texas because of my calm, easy-going personality. When I went into a foster home, I quickly showed myself to be a wonderful companion dog: I'm affectionate, housetrained, and easy to live with -- the perfect mix of playful and laid back. I get along great with other dogs of all sizes, I walk well on a leash, and I love to play fetch and to spend time with my people. My rescuer in Texas noted, "The thing everyone says about Teeka is that pictures just don’t do her justice. She’s one of those dogs you meet once and immediately steal your heart."
