In honor of Save A Dog's 13 Annual Paws in the Park Event, I will be running in the Twin Lights 1/2 marathon (13.1) miles to raise money for this wonderful organization. A Dog is privately funded 501(c)3 a humane society whose primary focus is rescuing and rehoming abandoned dogs. It began in 1999 as an all-breed, all-volunteer dog rescue group and now includes a lovely facility and kennel in Sudbury, Mass. There are two ways that you can support me in this wonderful cause: sponsor me (no amount too small!)in my running of the Twin Lights 1/2 Marathon on May 5 and/or attend Save A Dog's exciting Paws in the Park Event also on May 5.
