You do not have to be present to win.
Here is how it works:
The total CASH jackpot will be split 50/50 between Save A Dog and One Lucky Dog Winner!

Save A Dog's portion of the winnings (less taxes) will be used to help
rescue more homeless dogs!
Raffle tickets cannot be mailed out of state.
6.25% will be deducted from the winner's cash winnings and paid to the State of
Massachusetts within 10 days
as required by the State Lottery Comission.
