Do you remember Ramona? Well we call her Mona. She was a little sweet honey brown pit bull we picked up from your house last fall. We adopted her last September I believe. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful dog she is. We never did get to obedience school but she is so well behaved...she practically speaks english! She can sit, roll over, shake your hand and everything! She is like a celebrity in our neighborhood. She is so good with children and people of all ages. She even takes commands from our 2 year old nephew! She has never had a problem with any dog either...she is very well socialized. If a dog snaps at her she just back off. She is the sweetest, most caring, beautiful dog I have ever had. (we don't tell too many people she is a pitt bull right of the bat because we don't want anyone to act strangely toward her). My father, who lives with us, never liked dogs at all and he has fallen in love with Mona.

I have attached a few pictures of her (the first is with my dad...the guy who never liked animals!). The ones on the beach are the most recent (she loves the ocean!). I just over all wanted to update you and tell you how incredible she has turned out to be and thank you for uniting us. We love her and she is pretty much like our kid...she is so spoiled! She is over 60 lbs now but we still get stopped in the street every single day with people asking about her and petting her and everything.
