Setup EZ-Up Tents 8:00am - 9:00am
Each EZ-Up Tent can be setup quickly with a volunteer at each of the 4 legs.
With direction from the Paws Committee, setup EZ-Up tents for Registration, Main Ring,
Agility Ring, Silent Auction, Save A Dog Commercial Sales, Information Booth, Food Booth, etc.
Setup Tables 8:00am - 9:30am
With direction from the Paws Committee, setup tables for Registration, Main Ring, Agility Ring,
Silent Auction, Save A Dog Commercial Sales, Information Booth, etc.
Unload Van & Trailer 8:00am - 9:00am
With direction from the Paws Committee, unload items such as bins, tents, tables, etc. from
van and trailer and deliver to the appropriate booth areas.
Setup Kiddie Pools 8:00am - 10:00am
With direction from the Paws Committee, arrange kiddie pools for the doggie games. Retrieve
garden hoses from Van and fill all pools about 1/2 way with water.
Setup 8:00am - 10:00am
With direction from the PAWS committee, assist in setting up where the most help is needed such as setting up EZ-Ups,
tables, demo rings, Save A Dog Commercial Sales Table, etc.
Parking Lot 8:00am - 10:00am
As Rescues and Vendors arrive to setup, direct them to the appropriate coordinator for instructions
on where to park and setup.
Water Station 10:30am - 12:00pm
We need 2 people to man the Water Station at the 1/2 way point. Setup table at 10:45am and from 11:00am - 12:00pm hand
out water to people and dogs; have some literature about Save A Dog on hand.
Agility Ring 9:30am - 12:00pm
Agility Ring 12:00pm - 3:00pm
We need 2-3 volunteers for each shift
Under direction of the coordinator, keep the public off the agility equipment,
take their payment and keep them in order.
Cleanup 2:30am - 4:00pm
Under the direction of Coordinator, take down fencing, EZ-ups, tables,
signs, banners, directional posters (on the roads), put garbage in dumpster,
pack up everything.
Unload Van after Paws 2:30pm - 4:00pm
After Paws in the Park is over, follow the Save A Dog van and trailer to the Doggie Den in Northboro. Help unload
equipment and move into storage area at the Doggie Den building.
