Abby Rose was adopted from Save a Dog in August 2018, she was almost five years old.  This shy sweet dog quickly stole our hearts and embedded herself into our lives to complete us.  

Abby was a very intelligent dog, she could easily let us know her wishes by either using her eyes, her tail or her tongue. 

She was a lover of snuggling up next to mom.  Her favorite activities included daily walks, car rides, napping, playing with her toys, eating treats, barking at passersby,  chasing bunnies around the yard or any creature that dared to trespass, and sniffing.  Abby’s greatest joy seemed to be simply just being with mom and dad.  

Abby passed away quickly from a very brief illness at home with her mom and dad by her side on October 16, 2023.  Sadly, she was only 10.  

Abby Rose will be greatly missed by many but none more than her mom and dad.  

It is truly a blessing to have had this precious girl in our lives to love and to be loved back by her.
