Hi Jill (and everyone else there)!

Just wanted to let you know how happy Alma (now Lucy) and Henry are.  They've gotten together a few times to play (and are holding paws in the attached picture).  Kate and Ryan Nugent couldn't love Henry more.  He was a little timid at first, but came out of his shell pretty easily. He is adorable :-)

Lucy was very scared for the first few days, but was ok once she realized we weren't going to hurt or leave her.  She was always good with other dogs but was afraid of people.  Now, she walks up to mostly everyone and soaks up the attention.  She's really calm, but loves to play whenever possible - being one of the fastest runners in her play group.  Lucy also is very impressive with her "high-fives" and "kisses" (rubs her nose on your cheek).

Dan and I just wanted to say thanks again for everything. We appreciate the time you spent talking to us about adopting, and that you trusted us with her.  She's the best!
