Hi Shirley,

It'll be one year, this coming Sunday, that Julie and I have had our wonderful Lucy.  We thought we'd send you some updated pictures and submit her as a success story.

Lucy loves going to the dog park every morning to visit and play with her friends.  She's absolutely got the perfect disposition and is lovable and playful as can be.  She's right at home in her new place and we're thrilled to have her.  Our thanks to you and all your staff!
