Jizelle was a sad dog when she arrived. She had been treated for heart worms and had a big shaved area on her back. Enclosing a "before picture" so you can see how far this dog has come. What a lucky dog!

Here is Savanna (formerly Jizelle) on March 26, 2010 the first anniversary of her    Adoption Day.  Look for her on May 23.

Earlier update:

Here we are on Cape Cod.  Jizelle is now Savanna and her new family is delighted with her..  She is such a sweetie.  She loves walking on the beach, and although she is new to playing ball we have hope that  someday she will understand the finer points of catch.

Well, here she is all packed and ready for the Cape. I promised her I would never make her wear this outfit in public... she is such a good sport.

The quilt sticking out of the bag was handmade for her by a good friend of mine who is Savanna's godmother.
