I was looking around your site and thought I'd send a Success Story for Darwin (adopted as Duke in July 07.)  Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday.  Shauna

Darwin is doing fantastic in his new home.  We adopted Darwin (then Duke) almost a year ago and we can't imagine our home without him.  It took some time for Darwin to play with toys but he now has his favorites and he especially likes to bury rawhide bones in the mulch around our yard.  He came to us as a bit lethargic but now enjoys regular walks and runs around the neighborhood.  He also likes going to the Dog Park in Medway to visit with his friends and this is really the only place we ever see him bark.  (When other dogs start to be upset with each other, he will approach the perimiter and bark as if to say "knock it off guys" and the dogs actually listen to him and go back to being friends.)  He has brought a tremendous amount of joy to our lives and and we are very grateful to Save A Dog for giving us the perfect dog!
