Hello Shirley, Jill and all at Save a Dog --

We have been meaning for some time now to send you an update of Rory.
The recent notice of the reunion and fundraiser prompted us to follow through on this.

Rory is doing well in all areas. She is smart and has taken well to obedience training. She is teaching us as much as we teach her!
She is very mellow, and easy going with all ages of people and dogs.
And, she has a hearty playful romping style and is willing and able to engage with all sizes of dogs.
We have found some wonderful puppies in the neighborhood -- her BEST friend is a miniature schnanzer named Axel.
You can see them in one of the pictures I have sent.

The most recent picture, "You said, get my toy" has a little story behind it. Wendy was resting on our couch, and said, go get your toy, Rory. At which point Rory trotted away. Things were quiet which can sometimes mean mischief is in the making. Wendy found her, uninvited, up on our bed (where she has been only 3 times before) with a family stuffed animal, not exactly one of HER toys... :-)!

So we are  a happy family, totally delighting in one another, and grateful for the ways Rory brings more laughter and joy into our home.
