Angelica, originally known as the "footless puppy" because she lost her foot when her mother's chain wrapped around her newborn body. Rescuers convinced the dog owner to give up the pup. Angelica has a lot of spunk and attitude, despite her tough beginnings. She is now a "Diva" dog who lives "the life" thanks to her wonderful adopters.
